Today the business was awarded a 3 month contract to deliver Infrastructure Project Consultancy services for BluesPoint Limited, a Midlands based contract IT Services provider. Task Force 42 will be delivering technical Infrastructure projects for a major healthcare client to enhance their national Infrastructure estate and maintain an excellent IT service to healthcare service users. Projects include:
- Infrastructure Technical Documentation
- Cloud and on-premise systems migration and asset rationalisation
- Endpoint Device Management
Task Force 42 is excited to be working with BluesPoint and the client on these challenging projects, we will follow our ethos of professionalism and security to deliver the best service possible at all times.

The business is in the final stages of completing an Infrastructure project spanning several weekends and months for a north east nightlife venue. The project scope included:
- Internal Re-Wire and deployment of a 31 point Cat5e Gigabit network
- VoIP VLAN configuration with cloud based pbx, handset deployments
- Wireless Access Points
- Leased line procurement and integration into new infrastructure
- Router, Firewall and network switch deployments
- Expansion of Point of Sale (POS) capability
- Multi function printing and imaging solution
- Workstationtion Rebuilds
- Improved power and UPS capability
- Technical Documentation

David was invited to continue his personal work with Ricoh and Virgin Money until mid September, and is looking forward to working with valued banking colleagues throughout summer 2022.

Task Force 42 became Tree Force 42 for the weekend. Heavy storms in the North East saw David come to the rescue of a young family whose back garden was taken over by falling trees. Luckily nobody was injured and David helped restore the new parents garden to its former glory.
