David jumped at the chance to work with the global managed service provider Ricoh and accepted a personal 6 month contract serving a fantastic organisation, Virgin Money. David is excited to be working with Ricoh and Virgin Money and will work with internal IT teams and 3rd parties as part of Virgin Money's "A Life More Virgin" initiative. The work is diverse and involves the following activity:

  • Windows 10 laptop refresh involving several thousand devices
  • Device maintenance and re-deployment of equipment to new/refurbished bank branches/stores
  • 1st and 2nd line technical support to on premise users
  • Device imaging
  • Assistance to working from home (WFH) users
  • Computer peripheral and component distribution throughout the UK

David will still service existing Task Force 42 clients through the business on an out of hours and weekend basis and will return full time to Task Force 42 sometime in July 2022.
